Meditations

“In the midst of movement and chaos, keep stillness inside of you.” -Anonymous

Dhyana is generally an internal practice, to cultivate an internal peaceful state. Meditation is training the mind to be still. Some meditative practices involve sitting & attending to a specific focal point on the body whereas some practices engage chanting & movement. The most common spot to begin any meditation is to watch ones breath – as it enters and exits the body through nostrils. A promise made by all schools of spiritual wisdom for a seeker is, to witness his breath without any analysis or judgment hence transcending the body-mind zone with ease and finally reach the higher Self.

Soham healing services facilitates the process of meditation. This service is offered at a distance and the studio also provides a conducive atmosphere to meditate. Each 40-minute session begins with body movement to eases out body tensions & helps mind to be comfortable.

There are a variety of meditative techniques used by me to facilitate dhyana:

Silent Sitting

is a powerful ancient practice that involves watching the breath at the entry & exit body points. Although in some schools observing body sensations are also vital.

Guided Imagery

Imagery can relieve pain and speed-up physical healing by invoking specific memories from the past to make future projections. Adults process past through images, sounds and smells and not so much through verbal language.

Guided Meditation

Guided Meditation is leading the client into an imaginative ideal space. It calms the mind and nurtures the spirit.

Community Workshops

Mind n Body awareness through body movement and five Elements is an effective approach.

Soham Healing Services is a warm invite for you to sing the song of your natural calling. Be a witness to the cosmic dance of the Shiva and Shakti in you!!
